    'Insanely talented' is what comes to mind when I think of Lawrence and his training style!! I had the pleasure of working with Lawrence on two occasions while simultaneously training for a fitness competition and sprint triathlon at Turner Broadcasting. I was impressed by the variety of muscle confusing workouts Lawrence taught me – think a hybrid between cross fit, boot camp, and high intensity training that ultimately gets you pumped before truly realizing what is happening to your body! Training with Lawrence is quite challenging because it is quick and moves constantly from exercise-to-exercise with short breaks; but, a beginner can quickly grasp the workouts at hand with little to no prior experience. He is extremely adept at adjusting any workout to the individual while pointing out ways to peak performance. Lawrence and I went through many routines without the use of (heavy) gym weights, but the same results were achieved in gaining and strengthening muscle mass!

    Unlike my experiences with other personal trainers, Lawrence's primary focus was on seeing me reach the health/fitness goals I desired rather than working with non-related motives as I can appreciate. He is awesome at pushing the best out of clients and his scope is across the board in terms of reviewing diet, lifestyle and other factors that do contribute to achieving fitness goals. I highly recommend Lawrence and look forward to training with him again in the near future."
