What is Gauge Fitness?

Gauge fitness is a multifaceted fitness company in the Historic Fourth Ward Park that specializes in personal training, group fitness, nutritional coaching, meal planning, and personality evaluation. Together they help gauge our clients' personal and competitive performance and, they ultimately help our clients surpass their initial expectations and goals.

How is Gauge Fitness different from others?

When it comes to personal training or group fitness, there are many options in Atlanta. While we respect anyone who is training others to live a healthier and active lifestyle, we believe we have the necessary training, tools, and analytics to outperform our competition.

Specifically, not only does Gauge Fitness use performance devices to gauge physical performance, but also, Gauge Fitness utilizes measures which gauge learning styles as well. To analyze these different learning styles, Gauge Fitness has developed a personality evaluation which will help our qualified staff better understand how our clients think and how to best cater our instruction and feedback. At Gauge Fitness, we understand that clients are different and have diverse learning styles. Thus, in our approach to training clients, we realize the significance of taking a diverse approach to instruction.
